We designed 4 programs for cool or warm season lawns, to meet any level of expectation. We have an appropriate application of pre-emergent, fertilizer/iron and broadleaf weed control based on the time of year. When needed or requested, we offer preventative and curative grub, surface insect and fungus control. We offer a discount to our seniors "65 or Better" and for those who choose to "Pay in Advance" before March 1st each season.
Elite - 12 Applications:
Monthly service, March-November. Includes pre-emergent, iron, fertilizer, broadleaf weed control, merit for grub control, preventive fungicide &/or surface insecticide. Combination of controlled release granular and liquid applications. This program is for the "Extreme Lawn Lover!" with cool season grass and desires the BEST!
Full Year "Plus" - 7 Applications:
Includes pre-emergent, fertilizer/iron, broadleaf weed control and merit for grub control. Combination of controlled release granular and liquid applications. This program is our most popular program for cool season lawns!
Full Year - 6 Applications:
Includes pre-emergent, fertilizer/iron and broadleaf weed control. Combination of controlled release granular and liquid applications. This program is for cool or warm season grass. Rates and timing varies for each variety.
Basic - 4 Applications:
Includes pre-emergent, fertilizer/iron and broadleaf weed control. Combination of controlled release granular and liquid applications. This program is for "mixed" warm or cool season grass, and those desiring basically, a Nice Lawn!
